Refund Policy

Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or replacements. To return a product, it must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return. In some cases, refunds will only be granted partially:

Any product that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any product returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refund Policy (if applicable)
After receiving and inspecting the returned products, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. We will also notify you if the return has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at airosolutions.contact@gmail.com.

Replacements (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to replace your product with the same item, please email us at airosolutions.contact@gmail.com.

Shipping
To return a product, please send it to the following address:

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping products valued over 75 euros, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
