How long does it take to deliver your products?
It takes about 4 business days to process and ship our products.
Do you provide shipment tracking information?

I received damaged products. What can I do?
We are very sorry. Please send us a photo of the damaged product at airosolutions.contact@gmail.com and we will send you a replacement as soon as possible.
Where are your products shipped from?
Our products are manufactured in China and shipped from our warehouse in Bulgaria.
I have not yet received my order. Why is there a delay?

Do you have a return and refund policy?
We always strive to resolve any issues our customers have with products purchased online.
